Job Description – Dental Associate (DA)
Location: Home Visits / Assigned Patient Locations
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the RoleClove Dental is looking for enthusiastic and responsible candidates to join the Dental Associate (DA).
The DA will accompany and shadow experienced dentists during home visits, gaining practical exposure to dental consultations, patient interaction, and home-based dental care. The role involves supporting the dentist during visits and ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAccompany dentists during scheduled patient home visits.
- Shadow the dentist during patient consultations and dental procedures.
- Assist the dentist with the preparation and organization of required dental equipment and materials.
- Support the dentist during the home-visit process as instructed.
- Assist in maintaining proper hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control practices during visits.
- Help ensure that all required instruments and materials are available and organized.
- Interact professionally and courteously with patients and their family members.
- Support patient comfort and assist with basic non-clinical requirements during the visit.
- Help maintain appropriate documentation and visit-related records as required.
- Follow all safety, clinical, and operational protocols communicated by the supervising dentist and Clove Dental.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and appropriate conduct while representing Clove Dental at patient locations.
- Participate in training and learning sessions related to home-based dental care and patient handling.
