Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and website inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products or services.
  • Convert incoming leads into paying customers through effective sales conversations and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Follow up with warm and pending leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Address customer objections confidently and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales journey.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with exceptional listening skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
