Field Sales Executive

About Us

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through B2B and B2C sales.

- Identify and approach furniture retailers, dealers, hotels, offices, builders, and corporate clients.

- Build strong relationships with architects and interior designers to generate regular business.

- Meet homeowners and individual customers interested in premium furniture.

- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Coordinate with the factory and management to ensure smooth order execution.

- Maintain records of leads, meetings, quotations, and sales.

Requirements

- Experience in furniture, interiors, building materials, real estate, or related sales is preferred.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to generate leads independently.

- Comfortable meeting clients and traveling locally.

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools is an advantage.

Compensation

- Fixed monthly salary.
