Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
- Maintain daily employee attendance and leave records.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
- Support onboarding and induction processes.
- Coordinate exit formalities and maintain exit records.
