Inside Sales Executive

Preferred Qualifications:- Graduate in any discipline.- Prior sales experience preferred; - Strong communication skills in English and local language (mandatory). Key Result Areas (KRAs):- Customer Sourcing: Source customers for Consumer Finance Loans at assigned dealerships/stores and engage walk-in customers.- Loan Application Processing: Assist customers with loan applications, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.- Process Adherence & Compliance: Follow all guidelines and policies while maintaining accuracy in transactions.- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.- Dealer/Store Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with dealership/store staff for smooth coordination.- Product Support & Cross-Selling: Assist customers with credit/debit card services and promote relevant financial products.- Collections & Follow-ups: Follow up with delinquent customers and coordinate with the collections team for repayments. This is a store-based job where you will be stationed at the Apple store. Your responsibility will be to assist walk-in customers with consumer durable loan sales.
