Job Description
Handle new vehicle insurance and insurance renewals.
Generate insurance quotations based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, and dealership teams.
Process new policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy corrections.
Explain policy coverage, IDV, add-ons, deductibles, and claim procedures to customers.
Follow up with customers for insurance renewals and pending payments/documents.
Coordinate with the workshop/claims team for insurance claims and surveyor requirements.
Maintain daily insurance sales and renewal MIS.
Achieve monthly insurance sales, renewal, and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate customer and policy records.
Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with company/insurer requirements.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts, and CRM teams for smooth insurance operations.
Handle customer queries and resolve insurance-related issues professionally.
