📌 Key Responsibilities

• Make and handle international calls with potential and existing clients.
• Generate leads through outbound calling and follow-up activities.
• Communicate with international clients professionally in English.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Follow up with leads and work towards lead conversion and sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Write professional sales emails and follow up with prospects.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international voice process, telecalling, telesales, or a similar role.
• Strong English communication and speaking skills.
• Comfortable communicating with international clients.
• Good convincing, follow-up, and lead conversion skills.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month
• Salary as per skill and experience
