Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding & Documentation: Prepare, issue, and manage all client agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Facility & Maintenance Operations: Oversee daily cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of coworking premises.
- Administration & Coordination: Manage office supplies, stationery, and consumables stock levels.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain agreement and KYC compliance trackers for all clients.
- Client Relationship Support: Act as the first point of contact for existing members regarding operational or facility issues.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace / Zoho tools.
- Detail-oriented with good record-keeping and documentation ability.
- Understanding of compliance and business documentation standards.
- Proactive attitude with problem-solving approach.
