Job Description
Handling incoming and outgoing calls related to admissions and student enquiries.
Following up with prospective students for admission confirmation and document submission.
Providing information about university courses, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Conducting regular follow-ups with students regarding pending fee payments.
Coordinating with students and parents for fee recovery and payment reminders.
Maintaining admission enquiry, student, and fee recovery records in Excel/CRM.
Assisting the admission department with documentation and data entry work.
Handling office correspondence, calls, emails, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Coordinating with university departments and centres regarding admission and fee-related matters.
Achieving assigned admission conversion and fee recovery targets while maintaining professional communication.
