Job Description

•       Call and follow up with inbound leads — qualify, nurture, and schedule site visits

•       Maintain and update the client CRM — log all interactions, status updates, and follow-up reminders

•       Coordinate site visits — confirm logistics, accompany clients when required, and ensure a smooth experience

•       Assist the team in preparing presentations, project summaries, and client-facing materials

•       Monitor incoming inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and email — ensure no lead goes cold

•       Support social media content uploads and scheduling (Canva-level content, not design from scratch)
