Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Assess client profiles to recommend suitable study, visitor, work, or permanent residency (PR) pathways for countries like Canada, Australia, the UK, and the USA. [1]
  • Documentation & Compliance: Review, verify, and organise paperwork for university admissions and visa applications to ensure strict adherence to embassy and immigration regulations. [1]
  • Target Achievement: Drive sales opportunities, handle inbound/walk-in leads, and achieve monthly admission and visa conversion goals. [1]
  • Team Mentorship: Monitor team performance, support junior counsellors, and coordinate with internal operations or legal teams. [1]
  • Policy Tracking: Keep up-to-date with changing global visa laws, institutional requirements, and processing timelines.
