Travel Advisor
Designation: Tele caller
Working Days: Monday-Saturday
Office Timing: 10:00 Am- 5:30 Pm [Saturday (10:00Am-3:00Pm]
Break Timing: 1:30Pm – 2:00Pm
Off Days: Sunday
Salary Package: 15k-35k

Description:
- Explain basic immigration processes
- Qualify prospective clients based on their profile and book meetings or counselling sessions for visa officers.
- Maintain regular communication with interested applicants, track interest, and answer preliminary questions.
- Meet or exceed daily calling quotas and lead conversion goals set by the firm.
Requirement
& Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; a bachelor's degree is preferred by some consultancies.
- Communication Skills: Clear, confident speaking voice with fluency in local languages (such as Hindi and Punjabi) alongside English.
- Experience: Freshers with good communication skills are widely accepted, though 1 to 2 years of prior telesales or immigration industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Persuasive telephone etiquette, active listening, and a target-driven mindset.
