Telecaller

We are seeking an energetic, persuasive, and result-oriented Immigration Telecaller to join our growing consultancy team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring clients looking to travel, study, or settle abroad. Your primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to prospective leads, understand their migration goals, pitch our visa services, and successfully schedule face-to-face or virtual consultations with our senior immigration experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database who have expressed interest in overseas education, PR, work permits, or tourist visas.
• Client Engagement & Profiling: Conduct initial screening calls to filter prospective applicants by assessing their eligibility, background, financial budget, and specific immigration objectives.
• Service Briefing: Clearly explain company visa programs (e.g., Study Visa, Permanent Residency, Work Visa, Visitor Visa) and map out how our consultancy can facilitate their transition.
• Appointment Scheduling: Convince qualified prospects to book and attend consultations with our senior counselors or legal immigration team.
• Follow-up Management: Build strong client rapport and execute rigorous follow-ups via phone, email, and messaging platforms to maximize lead conversion rates.
• CRM & Data Maintenance: Accurately update call logs, lead status, client profiles, and appointment details in the internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Target Achievement: Actively work toward meeting or exceeding daily call volumes, weekly lead generation quotas, and monthly conversion metrics.
• Information Upkeep: Stay informed about basic updates regarding major global visa rules and immigration policies to provide accurate initial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass; a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is highly preferred.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, BPO, customer support, or overseas education sales. (Freshers with exceptional verbal communication and convincing skills are welcome).
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in regional languages along with a functional, clear command of English and Hindi.
• Communication Skills: Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner with an active listening approach to understand customer pain points.
• Objection Handling: Strong negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving skills to deal calmly with customer skepticism or rejection.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), and prior experience navigating CRM systems.
