JOB DESCRIPTIONTelecalling Executive Company: Parkash Elegant Technologies
Location: Industrial Area, Phase 2, Chandigarh
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, and generate sales opportunities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
- Handle enquiries received through WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information.
- Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English. Punjabi is an advantage.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
