Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive who can connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and explain the company's products and services.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Convert potential leads into successful business opportunities.
• Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
• Basic computer knowledge and calling experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
