Job Description

Job Description – TelecallerPosition: Telecaller

Preferred Candidate: Nepali Candidate

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

  • Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
  • Explain company services and provide relevant information.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.
  • Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
  • Achieve assigned calling and lead-conversion targets.
  • RequirementsNepali-speaking candidate preferred.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and professional behavior.
  • Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
  • Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.

Salary: ₹15K – ₹25K + Incentives (if applicable)
