Job Description
We require Tender Filling Executive –
Location: Rampur Kalan, SAS Nagar District (Zirakpur)
Experience : 2-3 yrs
Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month
Responsibilities:
- Handle tender filling and submission on GeM Portal & Punjab Government Portal.
- Search and identify relevant government tenders.
- Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for required documents and quotations.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of bids.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and follow up on tender status.
Experience: 2–4 years in tender filling/bidding, preferably with GeM & Punjab Portal experience.
Skills: Good computer knowledge, documentation, MS Office, and communication skills.
