Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Immigration Telecallers / Visa Counsellors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients, understanding their immigration or study abroad requirements, providing accurate guidance, and assisting them throughout the initial consultation process.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
• Understand clients' immigration, study visa, visitor visa, and permanent residency requirements.
• Explain visa programs, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
• Schedule consultations with senior immigration consultants when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
• Resolve client queries professionally and provide exceptional customer service.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is an added advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable handling multiple client inquiries.
• Target-oriented with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Immigration, Overseas Education, Visa Consultancy, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales preferred.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• Day Shift
