Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales and purchase bills/invoices.
- Enter sales, purchase and accounting transactions in ERP/software.
- Maintain day-to-day accounts entries and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information and complete accounting tasks.
- Assist in maintaining customer and supplier accounts.
- Follow up on outstanding payments when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing.
- Assist the accounts team with routine accounting and administrative work.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good computer skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
Experience: Freshers can apply. Training will be provided.
