Job Description
Manages day-to-day site finances, raw material accounting, inventory tracking, vendor/customer reconciliations, and local statutory compliance like GST.
Key Responsibilities
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate sales invoices, delivery challans, and process raw material supplier invoices for cement, sand, gravel, and admixtures. [1, 2]
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Track client outstanding amounts, follow up on payments, and clear vendor bills (including transit mixer/pump hire charges). [1, 2]
- Inventory & Plant Costs: Perform monthly stock takes, reconcile physical inventory with ERP logs, and audit daily site petty cash. [1, 2, 3]
- Statutory Compliance: Handle local tax entries, file GST returns, manage TDS deductions, and monitor plant utility/labor payments. [1, 2]
- Reporting: Compile data for monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and assist internal or external audits
