Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Accounts MIS reports.
• Maintain and update financial data in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Prepare reports for sales, collections, expenses, receivables, payables, and outstanding amounts.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounting records.
• Track and prepare payment and collection reports.
• Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, expenses, and other financial documents.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable and prepare ageing reports.
• Assist the Accounts team with monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Verify accounting data and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare management reports and financial dashboards as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing, payments, collections, and financial data.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
• Perform other accounting and MIS-related tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, etc.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is preferred.
• Understanding of GST, invoices, reconciliation, and ledger management.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to prepare accurate reports within deadlines.
