*Job Summary*

1. We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled AutoCAD Draftsman/ Draftswoman to join our architectural team.

2. The ideal candidate will prepare accurate architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents based on design concepts, sketches, and specifications provided by architects and engineers.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD.

2. Convert hand sketches and design concepts into accurate technical drawings.

3. Revise drawings according to architect and client feedback.

4. Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and company guidelines.

5. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams.

6. Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and project records.

7. Prepare as-built drawings and shop drawings when required.

8. Assist in site measurements and incorporate field changes into drawings.

9. Ensure timely completion of drafting work according to project schedules.

10. Required Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.

11. 1–2 years of experience in architectural drafting (freshers with strong AutoCAD skills may also apply).

12. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D); knowledge of AutoCAD 3D is an advantage.

13. Familiarity with architectural drafting standards and construction drawings.

14. Knowledge of building materials and construction methods.

15. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

16. Good communication and teamwork skills.

17. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

*Preferred Skills*

1. Experience with Revit, SketchUp, or other BIM/3D modeling software.

2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

3. Understanding of local building regulations and codes.

4. Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
