Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, networking, and market visits.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their property requirements.
- Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–10 years of experience in real estate sales or business development preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Chennai real estate market is an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
