Civil Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient Assistant Site Engineer – Civil to support the Site Engineer in the planning, execution, and supervision of construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, adherence to quality standards, timely project delivery, and compliance with safety and statutory requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Site Engineer in project execution, ensuring adherence to approved schedules, budgets, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and instructions from the Site Engineer.
• Monitor construction work and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support quality control activities, including inspection of materials, workmanship, testing, and maintenance of quality documentation.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved technical standards and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, measurement books, billing support documents, material reconciliation, and project documentation.
• Assist in monitoring material consumption, manpower deployment, and work progress to improve site efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations while promoting a strong safety culture at the project site.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to identify and resolve site-level technical and execution challenges.
• Support project close-out activities, including snag rectification, final measurements, documentation, and successful client handover.
• Perform any other site-related responsibilities assigned by the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Desired Candidate ProfileEducation: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Strong understanding of concrete mix design, structural strengthening methods, and construction quality practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Knowledge of MS Project is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Quantity Surveying, estimation, and construction measurements.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, site execution, and quality control procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a site-based construction environment.
