Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Explain bakery products, ingredients, and offers to customers.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately.
  • Handle cash and digital payments using POS systems.
  • Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
  • Maintain stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist in opening and closing stall operations.
  • Support promotional or sampling activities when required.
