Counter Salesperson

Customer Service:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product recommendations and information about our menu.
• Handle special requests and accommodate dietary preferences.

Order Taking & Transaction Handling:

• Accurately take customer orders via POS system.
• Process cash and credit card payments.
• Ensure that all transactions are handled accurately, efficiently, and with care.

Beverage & Food Preparation:

• Prepare and serve coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages.
• Assemble simple food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and snacks.
• Ensure all items are presented neatly and served at the correct temperature.

Maintain Cleanliness:

• Keep the counter and surrounding area clean and organized.
• Ensure that equipment, utensils, and serving areas are sanitized regularly.
• Assist in restocking supplies such as coffee beans, cups, and napkins.

Teamwork:

• Collaborate with other staff to ensure timely service and quality.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and cleaning tasks.
