CRM Executive – Real Estate (Post Sales & Registration)

• Handle the complete post-booking process until successful property registration.
• Coordinate with customers, landowners, and internal teams.
• Manage property registration documentation and scheduling.
• Coordinate with banks for customer housing and plot loan processing, approvals, and disbursement.
• Handle customer legal and documentation queries in coordination with the legal team.
• Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate with landowners regarding documentation, payments, and registration formalities.
• Maintain booking records, payment trackers, customer files, and registration status reports.
• Ensure smooth customer communication and timely completion of the registration process.
