Customer Sales Executive

Job Description

· Handle customer enquiries, telecalling, WhatsApp leads and sales follow-ups, convert enquiries into orders, and provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.

· Attend customer enquiries through WhatsApp and phone.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

· Explain product features, pricing, offers and usage.

· Follow up with interested customers and pending leads.

· Convert enquiries into confirmed sales.

· Assist customers with order, payment and delivery-related queries.

· Handle customer complaints and coordinate for quick resolution.

· Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and sales.

· Coordinate with the sales, packing and dispatch teams when required.

· Achieve assigned sales and follow-up targets.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support or inside sales.

· Excellent communication and convincing skills.

· Tamil and English communication is required.

· Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.

· Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.

· Positive, confident and target-oriented approach.
