Job Responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities

  • Document Preparation: Create commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and certificates of origin accurately.
  • Compliance & Rules: Check all items against international laws, trade agreements, HS codes, and Letter of Credit (LC) terms.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and Customs House Agents (CHA) for timely dispatch and clearance.
  • Post-Shipment Management: Submit required documents to banks for payment processing and maintain neat digital and physical archives.
  • Tracking & Support: Monitor transit status, update enterprise systems, and notify clients about delivery schedules.


Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Full documentation follow ups and coordination with vendors
