Job Description
* Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
* Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.
* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank books.
* Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
* Monitor expenses, income, outstanding payments, and collections.
* Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
* Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and clients when required.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documents.
* Ensure timely completion of accounting entries and month-end closing activities.
* Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting-related issues.
* Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
* Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.
