🏦 Company: SBI Bank
💼 Role: Floor Coordinator
📍 Locations: Chennai, Hosur, Vellore, Villupuram, Tambaram, Puducherry, Nagapattinam, Dindigul, Salem, Karaikudi & Karur
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 per month + PF & ESI
🧑💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
- Assist and guide customers visiting the SBI branch.
- Coordinate customer flow and manage the branch floor efficiently.
- Help customers with basic banking-related queries and direct them to the appropriate counter/department.
- Support branch staff in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist customers with forms, documentation and basic digital banking services.
- Maintain good customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the branch team whenever customer support is required.
🎓 Eligibility:
- Minimum 10th / 12th / Graduation (as applicable).
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and digital services.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
