Job Summary

The Franchise Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and supporting franchise partners while ensuring compliance with company standards. The role includes franchise sales, business development, training, operational support, revenue growth, and maintaining long-term relationships with franchisees.

Key Responsibilities

• Franchise Development
• Identify and generate qualified franchise leads.
• Conduct franchise presentations and business meetings.
• Explain business models to franchise.
• Achieve monthly and annual franchise sales targets.
• Franchise Operations regular monitoring
• Assist franchisees in setting up their business.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and brand guidelines.
• Monitor franchise performance and operational standards.
• Conduct induction and operational training.
• Train franchise teams on sales, customer service, and technical procedures.
• Organize periodic refresher training programs.
• Resolve franchisee operational issues promptly.
• Develop expansion strategies for new territories.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Build relationships with investors, channel partners, and corporate clients.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and franchise expos.
• Coordinate local marketing campaigns.
• Support franchisees in lead generation activities.
• Monitor marketing ROI.
• Assist in digital marketing initiatives for franchise growth.
• Review franchise profitability.
• Assist franchisees in preparing business plans and financial projections.
• Prepare periodic management reports.
• Ensure compliance with franchise agreements.
• Maintain documentation and records.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

• MBA preferred.
• 5 -10 years of experience in Dealership, franchise development or business development.
• Experience in Solar, EV Charging, Renewable Energy, Retail, or FMCG is preferred.
