Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to lead and manage the overall business operations of our electrical company. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, technical knowledge, business development, project management, and operational management skills.

The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing projects, improving operational efficiency, developing customer relationships, and ensuring achievement of organizational goals.


  • Oversee the overall operations and business activities of the company.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Monitor operational performance and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
  • Improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Supervise and monitor electrical projects from planning to execution and completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, project costs, and profitability.
  • Control operational expenses and optimize resource utilization.
  • Review financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
  • Ensure timely billing, collections, and payment follow-ups.
