Insurance Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Motor Insurance Claims & Endorsement Executive to handle motor insurance claims processing, policy endorsements, documentation, and coordination with customers, insurers, and other stakeholders.

• Key Responsibilities: Handle and process motor insurance claims from intimation to settlement.
• Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, surveyors, garages, and other stakeholders.
• Verify claim-related documents and ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Follow up on claim status, approvals, queries, and settlements.
• Process various motor policy endorsements such as vehicle details, nominee changes, address changes, corrections, and other policy modifications.
• Coordinate with insurers for endorsement requests and ensure timely completion.
• Update policy and claim details accurately in internal systems/insurance portals.
• Resolve customer and agent queries related to claims and endorsements.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for all transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company and insurance process guidelines.
• Follow up regularly on pending claims and endorsement requests.
• Required Skills Good knowledge of motor insurance claims & endorsement processes.
• Familiarity with insurance company portals and systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Ability to work with customers, agents, insurers, surveyors, and garages.
• Eligibility: Any Graduate.
• 6 months–3 years of relevant experience in motor insurance claims/endorsements preferred.
