Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to support business development, customer relationship management, lead generation, and marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, following up on enquiries, promoting company services, and achieving business development targets.The locations we are looking for are Chennai,Coimbatore,Pondicherry and Trichy.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, referrals, and other marketing channels.
• Contact prospective clients and explain the company's services and certification solutions.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and proposals.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the technical/audit team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and customer status.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential business segments.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, networking events, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely response to customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and business development progress.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication – written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and email.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
