Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Market Research & Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients in construction, infrastructure, and related industries.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategize outreach.
- Client Acquisition:
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new B2B clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and procurement managers.
- Outside Sales & Business Development:
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote our sanitary ware products.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and referrals to convert prospects into clients.
- Product Promotion & Brand Awareness:
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
- Sales Support & Coordination:
- Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports regularly.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
