About the Role:

Varuns Educational Institute is looking for enthusiastic and committed Mathematics Teachers to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and a passion for helping students understand and excel in Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics to students according to the prescribed syllabus and academic plan.
• Explain mathematical concepts clearly using appropriate examples, activities, and problem-solving techniques.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and practice materials.
• Conduct regular tests, assessments, and revision sessions.
• Monitor students’ academic progress and provide individual support where required.
• Identify students’ learning gaps and provide appropriate remedial guidance.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment.
• Clarify students’ doubts and encourage logical and analytical thinking.
• Coordinate with the academic team regarding lesson planning and student performance.
• Maintain regular attendance and academic records.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred.
• Prior teaching/tutoring experience is preferred, but capable freshers may also apply.
• Strong command of Mathematics and the ability to explain concepts in a simple manner.
• Good communication and classroom-management skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
