Job OverviewSona Comstar is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for Production & Quality – NAPS Trainee positions at its manufacturing facility in Maraimalai Nagar, Chengalpattu.
Selected candidates will have an opportunity to work in Production, Quality and Assembly operations within an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in day-to-day production and manufacturing operations.
- Perform assembly and production-related activities as per work instructions.
- Support quality inspection and maintain product quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and 5S standards.
- Achieve production and quality targets as assigned.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a shift-based manufacturing environment.
