Job Description
Professional Tele Sales Executive – Job Role
We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers, explaining our products or services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain products, services, prices, and offers clearly.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain customer details and call records.
Handle customer questions professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team and report daily activities.
Requirements
Good communication and telephone conversation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to convince and handle customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Previous tele sales experience is an advantage.
