Purchase Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day purchasing of IT hardware, software, networking products, and accessories.
• Regularly call and coordinate with vendors, resellers, distributors, and OEMs.
• Negotiate prices, discounts, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and cost-effective procurement.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on order status, deliveries, and pending supplies.
• Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and timely CRM updates.
• Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for purchase requirements, billing, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement.
• Required Experience & Skills1–3 years of hands-on experience in purchase, procurement, or vendor management.
• Experience in vendor calling, price negotiation, quotation comparison, and order follow-up is essential.
• Good knowledge of computers, MS Excel, email, and office applications.
• Familiarity with CRM software and purchase documentation.
• Knowledge of IT hardware, networking products, and software licensing will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills, commercial awareness, and strong follow-up abilities.
• Must be comfortable making regular phone calls and independently coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
