Job Profile Overview
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Engineer to manage company documentation, handle central archives, and maintain ISO compliance files.
Key Responsibilities
- ISO Audit & Compliance: Maintain and organize ISO audit documents, checklists, non-conformance reports, and QMS records.
- Document Management: Store, track, and update all company files, client contracts, SOPs, and departmental records with strict version control.
- Audit Preparation: Work closely with teams to prepare documentation for internal/external audits and compliance checks.
- Verification & Tracking: Conduct routine file audits to ensure proper authorization signatures, complete data, and updated records.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate (Any Discipline).
- Experience: Minimum 0 - 1 in Document Control, ISO Audit Documentation, or Quality/Compliance handling.
- Skills Required:
- ISO Documentation & Audit Protocols
- MS Excel & MS Word
- File & Data Management
- Record Maintenance & Tracking
- Other Requirements: High attention to detail, good organizational ability, and immediate joiners preferred.
