Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable apartment projects.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers to customers.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
- Build good relationships with customers and handle their queries professionally.
- Follow up with customers regularly and convert leads into bookings.
- Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer details, follow-up status, and sales records.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and project teams to ensure smooth booking and documentation.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Lead generation and follow-up
- Customer relationship management
- Target-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM is an advantage
- Real estate or property sales experience is preferred
