Job Description

- We are looking for energetic and passionate candidates to join our sales team.
- Responsibilities
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
- Calling potential customers, explaining property projects, generating leads, follow-ups, and coordinating site visits.
- Property Information: Clearly explain project details, pricing, amenities, and location.
- Customer Needs: Understand client requirements to suggest suitable properties.
- Scheduling: Book appointments for site visits and meetings with sales agents.
- Database Management: Update CRM systems with client information and call notes.
- Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent contact with clients to ensure engagement.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
