Retail Store Manager

Key Skills

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Recommend suitable clothing and essentials based on customer needs.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage billing and sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Check product availability and coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team when required.
• Support stock counting, replenishment and product arrangement.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Encourage repeat purchases and build strong customer relationships.
• Keep updated about new products, promotions and seasonal collections.
• Support store promotions and other sales activities.
• Work closely with the team to achieve overall store targets.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in retail sales, customer service or a related field.
• Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude can also apply.
• Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Interest in fashion, garments or retail is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.
• Good teamwork and organizational skills.
• Ability to work toward sales targets.
• Presentable, energetic and customer-friendly personality.

* Incentive based on the sales target

Pay: 25,000 to 35,000 per month (based on Experience, Skills and Performance)
