Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.

·        Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable engineering and automation solutions.

·        Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, customer visits, and follow-ups.

·        Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations.

·        Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

·        Track sales opportunities and maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems.

·        Coordinate with design, operations, and service teams to ensure timely project execution.

·        Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.

·        Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Required Skills

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Interest in Engineering Products, Industrial Automation, and B2B Sales.

·        Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

·        Ability to learn technical concepts quickly.

·        Good negotiation and presentation skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Desired Candidate Profile

·        Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

·        MBA (Marketing/Sales) candidates will be preferred.

·        Engineering graduates with an interest in sales can also apply.

·        Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
