Job Description
Job Brief
- Role: Inside Sales Specialist / Business Development Executive
- Industry: Education / EdTech / Training Academy
- Mode of Work: Remote or Office-based (Inside/Digital Sales) [1, 2, 3, 4]
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Contact inbound leads from digital marketing campaigns via calls, emails, and chats.
- Student Counseling: Educate prospects on academy courses, career benefits, curriculum, and pricing.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual enrolment/revenue goals.
- Pipeline Management: Update and track all prospect interactions accurately in CRM software.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate with trainers and administrative teams for smooth student onboarding. [1, 2, 3]
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or admission counseling (EdTech experience preferred).
- Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, negotiation, and time-management abilities.
