Social Media Marketer
Experience: 1–3+ years
Core Requirements
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Ability to develop monthly social media calendars.
- Strong understanding of organic content strategy and audience engagement.
- Ability to identify trending content formats, hooks, topics and Reel opportunities.
- Coordinate with designers/video editors for content production.
- Write captions, headlines, hooks and CTAs.
- Manage posting, scheduling, comments and community engagement.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, video views and other social KPIs and report to performance marketing specialist on the same.
- Conduct competitor and content analysis.
- Support property launches, events, offers and campaign promotions through social media.
- Comfortable coordinating shoots at project/site locations.
- Basic understanding of Meta and Google Ads is preferred.
