Job Description
Job Description – Store ExecutivePosition: Store Executive
Experience: 1-3Years
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store activities and inventory.
- Handle SAP entries related to Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material receipts and issues.
- Prepare and process GRN in SAP against approved Purchase Orders.
- Verify materials received against PO, invoice, delivery challan and quantity.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory in SAP.
- Handle inward and outward material entries.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for material requirements.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, and Accounts teams.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with SAP stock.
- Maintain proper storage, identification, and documentation of materials.
- Prepare stock reports and material issue/receipt records.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the store.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.
- Hands-on experience in SAP – PO & GRN.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of mechanical/engineering materials will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
