Job Description

Eligibility For the Job Position

  1. Telesales Team Leader excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong experience in customer handling and telesales.
  3. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a telesales team.
  4. Must be target-oriented and result-driven.
  5. Ability to monitor team performance and achieve sales targets.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  7. Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Good knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
  9. Candidates With good proficiency either in Telugu or Malayalam along with Tamil are preferable.



Note: Candidates with experience in the Pharma, Real Estate, or Insurance fields are preferred.
