We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the telecaller team.
- Assign daily targets and monitor team performance.
- Guide team members to achieve targets.
- Train and motivate team members.
- Monitor daily calls and prepare performance reports.
- Handle team-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Good communication and leadership skills.
